You can select the Resin material, opacity, and color that best suits your needs. Whether you are building a concept model, lab prototype, or deployment for field use or customer/personal use, the fit and finish of the delivered item is comparable to an injection molded part.
Please review the checklist below to ensure your CAD model build order can be completed in accordance to your part specs:
- Feature resolution is greater than 3-5 voxels (that is 3-5 cubic max X-Y-Z resolution units)
- Fillet 90 degree joined edges where possible.
- This is especially true if the print object is intended as a mold positive
- If this print object is the finished product, then 90 degree corners are OK
- Larger solid volumetric structures will be hollowed to reduce unnecessary material in order to ensure effective resin UV-cure
- Wall thickness minimum should be specified
- Bore hole locations need to be defined

If your build object is intended for a casted final end item, and that item is to be casted in a precious metal (platinum, gold, or silver), then please visit my Lost-Wax-Casting page. We can deliver a casted end item build. If you’re building a small run, then we can build a silicon mold.
If you have an object that you’re itching to build, just complete the 3D Print Service Request Form below and fill in all of the required fields. You can also just direct message me if you’d just prefer to discuss what you need to build.
If you’re build object is of a proprietary nature, then be sure to select the check box on the form to indicate this. When you receive the email we send to you following your request, you’ll be sending your Non Disclosure Agreement. If there is no conflict with my current scope of intellectual property, then I’ll return the signed NDA and we can proceed with a formal quote. Note that pricing can only be established once I have the actual STL of the object(s) being printed.
